We do not treat under 18s. We can consult under 18s with a legal parent or guardian present. Lucy Millar-Hume is DBS checked is registered with the government annual DBS update service.
Your Privacy
No1 House of Aesthetics are registered with the Information Commissioners Office and will only use your information in line with General Data Protection Regulation. Your personal details are never passed on to third parties. Photographs are taken at consultation and evaluation times for medicolegal purposes. Photographs appearing on No1 House of Aesthetics social media pages or teaching slides are uploaded with express permission for this purpose. Your photos are otherwise kept private and confidential at all times.
Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Consultations and Reviews are free of charge. Treatment is non-refundable. Any discounts and/or offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Gift Vouchers have no cash value in exchange and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Cash or Debit/Credit Card payments accepted.
Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
Cancellations Policy
To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required or a 50% charge may be implemented. Appointments missed may be charged at full price. If we have to cancel an appointment we will endeavour to contact the customer as soon as possible to re-arrange.
Complaints Policy
If you have a complaint about anything please put it in writing to enquiries@no1houseofaesthetics.com. We take complaints seriously and will respond to a complaint within 48 hours. We will endeavour to rectify concerns as soon as possible. We love to receive feedback so anything positive or negative is appreciated.
Treatment Courses
All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 6 months. Courses booked and paid for are non-refundable except for medical reasons where treatments are still outstanding. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
Training & Consultancy
Training must be paid in full at the time of booking. Training booked and paid for is non-refundable except for medical reasons. Missed training could result in payment forfeited. Consultancy services are non-refundable and must be paid for in full upon booking.
